At Khalryonzakae, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our communication skills workshops and services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund or reschedule your workshop participation. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the quality and integrity of our programs.
By enrolling in any of our workshops, courses, or coaching sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you have any questions about this policy before making a purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Workshop Registration and Payment
All workshop registrations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Your registration is not complete until payment has been received and processed.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your workshop, including the date, time, location, and any preparation materials. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect or if you have any questions.
Registration fees cover workshop participation, course materials, and any refreshments provided during the session. Additional services such as individual coaching, printed certificates, or supplementary materials may be subject to additional charges as specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Participant
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel your workshop registration. The following cancellation policy applies to all workshop bookings:
More than 14 days before the workshop date: If you cancel your registration more than fourteen calendar days before the scheduled workshop date, you are eligible for a full refund of the workshop fee minus a processing fee of $25. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another workshop date within six months at no additional charge.
7 to 14 days before the workshop date: If you cancel your registration between seven and fourteen calendar days before the scheduled workshop date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the workshop fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another workshop date within three months with a $50 transfer fee.
Less than 7 days before the workshop date: If you cancel your registration less than seven calendar days before the scheduled workshop date, no refund will be provided. However, you may transfer your registration to another workshop date within three months with a $75 transfer fee, subject to availability.
No-show policy: If you do not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or transfer will be provided, and the full workshop fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Khalryonzakae
While we make every effort to hold our workshops as scheduled, there may be circumstances beyond our control that require us to cancel or reschedule a workshop. In such cases, the following policy applies:
If we cancel a workshop, you will be offered the choice of a full refund of all fees paid or a transfer to another workshop date at no additional charge. We will notify registered participants as soon as possible if a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary.
In the event of workshop cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, facility issues, or instructor illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the workshop at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Khalryonzakae reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, registered participants will be notified at least seven days before the scheduled date and offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative workshop.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your registration details, including your name, the workshop date, and your reason for cancellation. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within five business days of receipt.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of registration. Please allow up to fourteen business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank details for the refund to be processed. We do not issue refunds by check unless the original payment was made by check.
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge, provided you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the workshop date. The new participant must meet any eligibility requirements for the workshop and complete any required registration forms.
Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop date according to the terms outlined in the Cancellation by Participant section above. Transfers are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred workshop date will be available.
Each registration may only be transferred once. Once a transfer has been made, the new registration becomes subject to this policy and no further transfers will be permitted without incurring the applicable fees.
Partial Attendance
Our workshops are designed as comprehensive learning experiences, and attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged for maximum benefit. If you are unable to attend certain portions of a multi-session workshop, no partial refund will be provided.
However, we understand that emergencies happen. If you miss a portion of a workshop due to an emergency, please contact us to discuss options for making up the missed content. We may be able to provide recorded materials or arrange a brief one-on-one session, depending on the circumstances and availability.
Participants who arrive late or leave early from a workshop session will not be eligible for any refund or credit for the missed portion of the session.
Corporate and Group Bookings
For corporate clients and group bookings of five or more participants, special terms may apply. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and to receive a customized quote. Corporate bookings may be subject to a separate agreement that supersedes portions of this policy.
Group booking cancellations must be submitted in writing by the designated group coordinator. Refunds for group bookings will be processed according to the same timeline as individual bookings, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Substitutions within a group booking are generally permitted at no additional charge, provided the substitution is communicated at least 48 hours before the workshop date and the substitute participant meets any eligibility requirements.
Private Coaching Sessions
Private coaching sessions are subject to a separate cancellation policy due to the personalized nature of these services. The following terms apply to one-on-one coaching bookings:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session: 50% refund or rescheduling with a $25 fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund will be provided, and the session will be forfeited.
Coaching packages consisting of multiple sessions may be cancelled in full according to the workshop cancellation policy above. Individual sessions within a package are subject to the coaching session cancellation policy.
Course Materials and Digital Products
Course materials, workbooks, and digital products included with workshop registration are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or physically delivered. If you cancel your registration before receiving or accessing any materials, the cost of materials (if separately itemized) may be deducted from your refund.
Digital products purchased separately from workshop registration are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. If you experience technical difficulties accessing digital content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Physical materials must be returned in unused condition within fourteen days of the refund request to be eligible for a full materials refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other significant life events, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will consider each case individually and may offer extended deadlines or alternative arrangements at our discretion.
Documentation may be requested to verify exceptional circumstances. Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Khalryonzakae management and do not set a precedent for future requests.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our handling of a refund request or any aspect of our services, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may seek resolution through mediation or the appropriate consumer protection agencies in your jurisdiction. The terms of this policy are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your registration will apply to your booking. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
Significant changes to this policy will be communicated to registered participants via email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
